2. Booking and Estimates
- All service requests require a booking confirmation from Imover Services.
- Estimates are provided based on the information supplied by the customer. Any significant changes to the inventory, scope of work, or moving conditions may result in adjustment to the final cost.
- On-site assessments may be required for complex moves to provide an accurate quote.
3. Payment Terms and Cancellations
- Payment terms, including deposit requirements and final payment due dates, will be outlined in your service agreement.

4. Customer Responsibilities

- Customers must ensure parking and access for our moving vehicles at both the origin and destination addresses.
5. Liability and Insurance
- Imover Services takes reasonable care in handling your belongings. However, certain limitations on liability apply.
- Information regarding our standard liability coverage and options for additional valuation or insurance will be provided upon request and detailed in your service agreement.
- Claims for loss or damage must be reported in writing within a specified period following the completion of the move.
6. Prohibited Items
For safety and legal reasons, Imover Services will not transport hazardous materials, perishable goods, firearms, live animals, or any other items deemed illegal or unsafe for transport. Please inquire if you have questions about specific items.
